FOCUS GROUP The key to an excellent focus group transcription is the quality of the recording. Please feel free to call us in advance for tips we learned over the years. We want to be part the team: Participants, Facilitator, Observers - then the Transcriber, making the work of the Editor efficient. We will try to identify each voice: by name if possible, by gender, by distinguishing one voice from another. But we don't guess, as that may mislead the editor. We deliver a WORD document so that someone present at the focus group may edit our work.
